Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We will gladly replace any order purchased from Spain To CA that is damaged, flawed, or deemed unacceptable by our Customer Service Team. We ask that the customer return the "damaged" items and be responsible for any associated fees or costs. To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any personalized items can not be returned as they are not in the deemed un able to resell. For any questions or to report an issue, you can contact us at hola@spaintoca.com.
Delivery/ Damaged Issues
In your email, please include your order number, address, and photos of the damaged package within 7 days upon delivery.
We will notify you within 72 hours if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
